For all of you working with a widely distributed network of clients or collaborators, Flexmeeting.gr is an attractive, simple to use service for organising and holding remote meetings. All that you and your fellow participants need is a computer and an Internet connection!

Flexmeeting.gr is based on the successful dimdim platform, while we offer additional premium support services for our clients and users, especially those based in Greece.

• on Flexmeeting.gr you will hold your private account, enabling you to manage details of your meetings. It is in this area that you will be managing your fellow participants contact details as well as the diary of your events. You will also be able to send invitations well in advance via email, including iCalendar attachments for their own agenda.
• The remote collaboration environment is intuitive and simple to use!
• There is no need for you or your participants to install any software to join the meeting. It`s join and play!
• Only those users who wish to share their desktop with other participants will need install a plugin (the process is conducted automatically).
• You may use web cameras for other to see you and for you to see them. Alternatively you may use a simple microphone for audio connection of just the chat feature. At any moment, the meeting administrator controls whichever participant has audio/ video rights enabled.
• You may share your PowerPoint or PDF files, display websites and use annotations on top of them to highlight important points and liven up your presentations.
